Dear Vendors, 

 The Farmers Market is looking forward to a very successful third year of operation and we  invite you to become a vendor for the 2011 market season.   Attached is the Vendor Application and Agreement.  Please complete and return to the P. O. Box listed above indicating the dates you wish to attend.

  The market is scheduled to open on May 21, 2011 and run through Saturday, October 22, 2011.  The hours have changed:  they will now be 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Saturday.  Vendors can arrive by 7 a.m. to set up.   We will again be located on the City of Overland parking lot in the 2500 block of Woodson Road in downtown Overland. 

 Vendor fees remain the same as in 2010:

 ·      $200  for a full season that includes one stall space, one tent, and 2 tables.

 ·      $300 for a full season that includes two stall spaces, two tents, and 4 tables.

 ·      $15 weekly basis that includes one stall space, one tent and 2 tables.  After 16 paid weeks the fee is waived.

 As in 2010 all vendors are required to comply with the St. Louis County Health Department rules and regulations; they can be found at www.stlcounty.com.   The market’s rules and regulations can be found at our web site www.overlandfarmersmarket.com.  We have one small refrigerator available on a first come first serve basis.  Electric is available.  Please indicate if you need electric on your application, we do not charge for electric usage but it assists in placing vendors on the lot. 

 We have many special events planned for the Saturdays in operation; we are continuing the   email (over 350 addressees) on a weekly basis, and plan for extensive advertising.

We look forward to again being able to provide a market for your produce, meats, eggs, baked goods,  salsa,, honey, jams and jellies etc.
